We signed up with Hot Property whilst searching in the Moraira, Calpe, and Javea areas of the North Costa Blanca. We were lucky to be assigned to John Scaplehorn who became our guide to establishing what area would best suit our requirements for location, as well as understanding our brief as to the type of property we were looking for. I was searching for a holiday home for some friends in the area of Moraira/Benissa Costa, while they were waiting for an opportunity to travel here themselves.
